What BusyDays does

BusyDays is booking and client-communication software for independent appointment-based professionals — makeup artists, salons, photographers, clinics, coaches and studios. It gives you a shareable booking page, a calendar that stays in sync, and one tidy inbox for every enquiry, payment and message, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Sign in with Google to create your workspace. BusyDays sets up a private Google Sheet you own to store your leads and bookings.

Send clients your link from Instagram or WhatsApp. Enquiries and bookings land in your dashboard automatically.

Confirmed bookings appear on your Google Calendar, documents are generated for you, and reminders go out on time — hands-free.

How BusyDays uses your Google data

With your explicit permission, BusyDays uses Google Sheets to store your leads and bookings in a spreadsheet you own, Google Calendar to create and read your booking events, and Drive file access limited to the files this app creates. Your data lives in your own Google account, is isolated to your workspace, and is never sold or shared with other users. You can disconnect or delete it at any time. Add your free Razorpay keys and clients can pay the advance by UPI or card on your payment page — the booking is marked paid automatically, no screenshots. Create a free account at razorpay.com → Settings → API Keys.

Your booking page

Controls the public link clients use to request a date. They can only pick dates that fit these rules.

Cancellations inside this many days before the event will prompt you to charge a fee.

Percentage of the booking price charged for late cancellations.

Gentle nudges for unpaid advances (2, 5, 8 days after booking) and the balance (2 days before the event). Needs your payment-reminder WhatsApp template.

🤖 AI assistant & auto-reply

When on, your AI assistant replies to inbound WhatsApp & Instagram messages in your voice — answering questions, gathering event details, and keeping clients warm. Guardrail: it will never quote a price or confirm a booking on its own; anything involving money is held for you to approve and send. Each AI reply uses credits from your wallet.

The name the AI uses at the end of messages. Leave blank to use your first name from your profile. Example: Riya ✨

How the AI should write. Examples: English, Hinglish, Hindi, Mix of English and Hindi

Tell the AI what you offer and roughly what it costs, so it can answer client questions like "what do you charge for bridal?" without making things up. Plain English is fine — write it like you'd explain it to a friend.

Paste a few of your own past replies to clients — at least 3, ideally 8–10 — and the AI learns how you write: your warmth, language mix (English/Hindi/Hinglish), emojis, and sign-off. Separate messages with a blank line.
Tip: once WhatsApp/Instagram are connected, you'll be able to pick past conversations here instead of pasting.

Upload a PNG or JPG from your phone or computer — it appears on every quote, invoice and contract. No logo? We use your initials in a styled badge.

Shown at the top of every quote — a warm note about your work, experience, or what's included. Leave blank to skip.

Define your usual bundles once, apply them to any quote in one tap from a client's order details. One per line: Package name: Item=Price, Item=Price

Shown on quotes and in the contract. Keep it clear and fair — clients read this before signing.

The main body of your contract — what you agree to deliver, what the client agrees to. This replaces the default text.

WhatsApp message templates (advanced, optional)

You don't need any of this to get started. WhatsApp only lets businesses send automated messages using pre-approved templates (created in Meta Business Manager). If you add the matching template names below, your quotes, reminders and review requests will send reliably at any time. Leave them blank and 1Glam sends normal text instead (which WhatsApp only delivers within 24 hours of the client's last message). The one-tap Notify team and WhatsApp buttons always work with no setup.

These were set up automatically when you signed in. Only change them if you know what you're doing.

Service Descriptions & Add-ons

Add a description and optional add-ons to each service shown on your public booking page. Add-ons format: Name:Price comma-separated, e.g. Hair Styling:2000, False Lashes:500. Leave blank to hide.

Sheet Protection

Enabling protection applies a read-only lock to your Google Sheet in Drive — it shows a padlock icon and prevents accidental edits or moves by anyone with access. The file owner can still remove the restriction from Drive directly.

If your sheet was deleted, use Recover Sheet to re-link the best matching sheet in your Drive, or create a fresh one if none is found.
